Shipping All posted orders over $50 are sent by registered post to ensure it arrives safely, the postie will leave a card in your letter box when it arrives, please take some personal identification with you when picking it up.
Solar panels are delivered by TNT road so It might be best to give your work address as they only deliver during working hours or you can leave special delivery instruction in the 'comments' box such as "leave it behind the shed in the backyard".

Guarantee of satisfaction If you receive a faulty product we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund upon receiving the return. Please repack everything along with your sales invoice and include a note describing the fault and return it within 14 days. If the item upon testing is found to be not faulty then it will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.
