Always at the forefront of alternative energy technology, we're pleased to offer this new super-compact 300W wind turbine generator.

These compact 300W wind turbines are a technological step up from other models. Featuring  moulded, compact, efficient blade design, it is lightweight and has neodymium magnets. The compact wind turbine also features slip rings to avoid cable breakage. The 300W generator will start spinning at just 2.5m/s wind speed, and will produce the rated power at 12m/s (max power 500W at 15m/s). All parts fit into one box weighing just 17kg - making it convenient to transport.

Please note: Some information in the manual is out of date. The earlier models had internal charge controllers but these had voltage drop problems because the battery is usually located some distance from the wind turbine.
Later models have an external charge controller.
The output from the turbine is 3-phase AC which handles long cable runs better than 12VDC so you can have the battery a long distance from the wind turbine without worrying about DC voltage drop and locate the controller near to the battery where it then adapts the power to 12VDC. Install the controller box close to the battery in a dry airy location.

We require a street address  ( not a PO BOX ) to allow somebody to sign for the package, When you check out you can change the delivery address, you can also add delivery instructions  in the 'comments' box when you check out  to ensure we get the order to you as fast as possible.
