Delivery Information
We use Australia post's system to charge for delivery based on your postcode
The postage costs are automatically supplied by Australia post based on
the delivery address postage code with distance calculated from Perth
WA 6000, and the weight is based on the weight and size of your package,
this called the cubed weight. This weight is shown on the shopping cart
page when you purchase is displayed. You can check delivery charge on
this page too.
When you check out you can choose standard post or
express post. Small item orders are sent by Australia post, depending on
the size of the package, the postman might drop it in your letterbox or
bring it to your door or leave a card in your letterbox informing you
that you have a package to be collected at the local post office. They
will ask for some form of identification when you collect the package.
Lately Australia post have commenced delivery of parcels to your door
(in some areas)
PLEASE NOTE
- Some solar lights have batteries which can not be sent by Australia post airmail.
- Solar panels and other large items can not be delivered to a PO Box number, Bulky items are sent by road courier and require a street address where somebody can sign for the delivery.
You always be notified by email when your order is dispatched.
Delivery problemsWe will help with any delivery problems and will liaise with couriers and post office agents on you behalf.
